3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting on this Website.

1. All prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (&rupee; / INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Every ChicThread garment and accessory is handcrafted and made in limited batches. Minor variations in texture, yarn shade, and hand-stitching tension are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and not defects.
3. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and device display settings.
4. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify product availability, or discontinue products at any time without liability.

1. All online card, UPI, NetBanking, and wallet payments on ChicThread are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
2. ChicThread does not store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords. All payment transactions comply with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.
3. In the event of an unverified or unauthorized transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment source.

1. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched across India via our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees).
2. Pieces are handcrafted and dispatched within 12–15 days. Delivery timelines range between 3–5 business days for major metropolitan areas and 5–7 business days for the rest of India.
3. Tracking numbers and courier details are communicated via email and SMS upon dispatch.

1. Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
2. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days following our quality inspection.

All content on this Website, including text, apparel designs, photography, graphics, logos, brand names, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of ChicThread and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ChicThread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Website or our products. Our maximum total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mohali / Chandigarh, India.
