Shipping & Delivery Policy

ChicThread delivers across all serviceable postal PIN codes in India. We partner with Shiprocket to dynamically route parcels through top national courier services (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Xpressbees) based on the fastest transit time to your location.

1. Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders placed for in-stock garments are inspected, packaged in custom eco-friendly dust bags, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
2. Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Because every made-to-order piece is crafted by hand, production takes 7 to 10 working days prior to dispatch. The estimated dispatch date is clearly indicated on the product page.
3. Orders placed on Sundays or national public holidays are processed on the following business day.

1. Standard Shipping (Compact Pieces): Pan-India delivery on all handcrafted accessories, plushies, and charms, dispatched on schedule and tracked to your door.
2. Fragile Box Shipping (Bouquets & Heavy Knits): Floral bouquets, blankets, and cardigans ship in insured, reinforced packaging with expedited handling for their larger volumetric box dimensions.
3. The exact shipping fee for your order is calculated and displayed transparently in your live basket prior to checkout.

Once your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing your Shiprocket AWB Tracking Number and a direct tracking link. You can also view live delivery status in your ChicThread Account Dashboard.

In the rare event that your package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or torn, please take a photograph/video before opening and report it to chicthreads1224@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can immediately arrange a replacement.
