All payment processing on ChicThread is powered by Razorpay, India’s leading RBI-authorized payment gateway.

1. When you pay via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking, or Digital Wallets, your financial information is transmitted directly through Razorpay’s encrypted 256-bit TLS/SSL channels.
2. ChicThread never stores, captures, or has access to your card PINs, CVV codes, or bank passwords.
3. Razorpay adheres to strict PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 compliance requirements.

To deliver parcels across India, we share your delivery name, address, and contact number with our logistics partner Shiprocket and contracted courier services (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC). These partners are legally restricted from using your data for any purpose other than parcel delivery and live tracking.

1. We use local storage and session tokens to remember your shopping cart contents and keep you securely logged in across visits.
2. We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors find and move through our store — which pages are viewed, which links are clicked, and which device and approximate location the visit came from. This helps us improve the shop; it is not used for advertising, and we do not sell this information to anyone.
3. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may prevent you from adding items to your cart or completing checkout.

1. We retain order and invoice data for the period required to comply with Indian tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws.
2. You have the right to request access to your saved personal information, update your details, or request deletion of your account by writing to us at chicthreads1224@gmail.com.
